Completely. Nothing is sent to any server. Your newsletter content is stored only in your browser's local storage (or in the downloaded file, if you use that version). We never see your data.
Yes. The download licence allows you to use Newsletter Studio for client work. You can design newsletters for clients and hand them the exported HTML. White-labelling (removing the footer credit) is also permitted with the paid download.
The free version is the full editor, hosted here at studio.lautryv.com — it requires internet to load, but nothing is stored on our servers. The paid download is a single HTML file you own locally and can use forever with no internet required. HTML export is unlocked in the paid version.
Email clients don't support locally stored images — every image in your newsletter must be hosted online at a public URL. You can use images from your own website, a CDN like Cloudinary, Unsplash, or any publicly accessible URL. Newsletter Studio makes this easy: paste any URL directly into the image field, or pick from our built-in stock photo library.
The online version is a full working demo — you can design freely and preview your newsletter. HTML export (copy to clipboard and download) is unlocked in the paid download version (€29, one-time). This is how we keep the online version free forever.
